From the wonderfully tender chicken breast with corn puree to the delicious pyre, the dishes delight with their taste compositions and coordinated textures. Particularly noteworthy are the excellent wines, which of course come from the hotel’s own vineyard. The cozy interior of the restaurant impresses with its natural, wooden atmosphere, but without appearing overloaded. An insider tip: If you arrive early, you can get in the mood for the evening with a wine tasting.”
