The grapes for this wine come from the Ried Weisses Kreuz and were picked early in the morning on 2 December 2017 at a temperature of -7.5 °C. A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The grapes were pressed in the frozen state, the must fermented in stainless steel and matured therein for another 5 months.
Of almost cherry red color. Powerful nose, dark berries, reminiscent of wild berries on the palate. Fine balance of fruit sweetness with vital acid.
