and Pinot Noir according to the "méthode champenoise".

A
young cuvée of Zweigelt and Blauer Portugieser, available
from the end of October of the current vintage. Full-bodied
fruitiness and bursting with youthful vitality.Goes with

Rebstock
The
traditional Cuvée of St. Laurent, Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch,
aged in large barrels. Highly nuanced, with cherry and wildberry
aromas. Supple and wellbalanced. Goes well with meat dishes
of the classic cuisine, pasta and mild cheese.
