Aged
for ten months in barriques. Delicate nutty and buttery
scents, with fine toast aromas and creamy fruit notes on
the palate. Subtle vanilla flavours and a lively acid core
with a long finish. Goes with fish and crustaceans, zesty
pasta dishes and some red meats.
Pinot
Noir Reserve "Grillenhügel"
Aged
for 16 months in barriques. Fruity flavours with raspberry
and caramel scents, a hint of sugar extract and a long finish.
Good with veal, winged game, pasta dishes and mushrooms.
Cabernet
Sauvignon - Merlot Reserve
Aged
for 16 to 20 months in barriques. Beams of blackberry and
currant. Full-bodied and elegant, with a delicate underpinning
of fine tannin. Goes well with red meat, poultry and strong-flavoured
cheese.
