Aged
for at least 22 months in small wooden casks and six months
in the bottle. Available only in outstanding years and by
subscription. Impressive scents of sour cherry and berries.
Firm on the palate, with a fine balance of acid and tannin.
Soft and harmonious, with a long finish. Goes well with
all read meats from lamb to venison, with veal and with
strong cheeses.

Aged
for at least 22 months in small wooden casks and six months
in the bottle. Available only in outstanding years and by
subskription. Manificent wildberry aromas, accompanied by
scents of bitter chocolate. Concentrated on the palate,
with a harmonious balance of acidity and ripe tannins. Elegant
and soft on the finish. Drink with large cuts of roast meat,
steak and fine cheeses.
